You know the saying, ‘Four months between planting and harvest.’ But I say, wake up and look around. The fields are already ripe for harvest. The harvesters are paid good wages, and the fruit they harvest is people brought to eternal life. What joy awaits both the planter and the harvester alike! (John 4:35-36)

Relate: When I was a freshman in college, I worked at this little mom and pop pizza and grill place in Rhode Island called Mama Gina’s. At least I think that was what it was called. I was only there about six months and it was decades ago. Most nights I worked the pizza side and there was a guy who did delivery who would work there with me between deliveries. We got talking about a lot of things but more often then not our talk would work its way around…
